Pete,
I tried leaving the first password blank and that worked. But when I went to the second screen and keyed in the new password that I changed, it keeps telling me my password is incorrect.

I even have a different id and password at one client site and that does not work...Great way to support my clients...

Eric

Got the new password but since I am a consultant, it freaks out since the
same email address is used for all my clients.
It recognizes that I am using the same email address but does not seem to
like it.

Have you tried calling the new number? You will get the "Operators are
currently taking other callers, please leave a message".

I haven't had any problems. Other than it now takes me several extra
clicks to get to the search screen

You've received your new password?

Is anyone having problems accessing the "new and improved" Infor Support
Web Site? I am trying to access the knowledge base and it keeps sending
me to the screen "New Support Line now available" after I click on the
XA Solutions link.
