Re: Using new support site

Re-register and it will send you a new temporary password. Once you get
in, go to your profile and select a new, meaningful password. It suck
that the Marketing Dept. apparently took the site over, now you have to
go through all these extra screens to get to, guess what, the same old
support site!!!

Is anyone having problems accessing the "new and improved" Infor Support
Web Site? I am trying to access the knowledge base and it keeps sending
me to the screen "New Support Line now available" after I click on the
XA Solutions link.
