Candy,

I haven't seen any replies yet so here is my $0.02.

I'm just guessing here - I'm on XAR4. Look in MBF9REP to see if there
are any records for the orders you are seeing. I seem to remember (but
don't bet money on this), that under certain circumstances like a Pro
Forma invoice there needs to be an F9 record. Then to make the history
complete a corresponding BW record is needed. This would all occur
before shipments are made.

Subject: [MAPICS-L] CSM Release 7 is it ready for prime time?

We are installing CSM for the 1st time for release 7 and have been ran
against some things that don't quite make sense.

1) We have orders that are showing in the historical order section,
however, there are no shipments against the order. There are no
records in MBDHREP, MBDDREP, and MBKGCPP. We are told any order that
has a record in MBBWCPP will show up as a historical order. What would
leave "orphan" records in MBBWCPP? Also, why would one want to review
open NOT SHIPPED orders under historical orders and also under open
orders? This same order does not show under historical orders in COM
green screen, it shows in open orders.

Thank you,
Candy Hein
