[MAPICS-L] Question about user ACTIONS in Browser

I'm trying to create a USER ACTION in Browser to open the UPS web page
and pass the Tracking ID (a field in shipment object). The action is
working but not getting the correct results..

The action looks like:

Local program is: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE
Local parameter is:
http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processInputRequest?TypeOfInquiryNumber=

"..my variable value..."
Start in: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer.

Thank you for your help...
