Thanks Ron for the methods, but can you elaborate on what specific
information within Mapics is considered usable from an IT perspective
and just how to extract it, versus let's say, a Supply Chain
perspective?

I wish to monitor and benchmark the application itself rather than the
business productivity levels....

Infor does offer a solution called MAPICS Metric Manager
