Futurion is still around......They had a booth at the APICS conference in 
Kansas City last October. The web address is:

     Jeff,

     We took a good hard look at Futurion's offering a couple years ago, and
     really liked it.   It fit our requirements very well, web-based, very
     flexible, integrated.   There were two reasons we didn't acquire
     it.    1)
     Budget was cut (sigh), and 2) My backer in Sales and Marketing resigned.

     I thought they had an excellent solution, for a reasonable cost.

     Unfortunately, I can't find them on the web anymore!  I don't know if
     they
     merged, vanished, or I just can't locate them!

         Hey group

         We are looking to improve our forecasting methods.

         We currently look at sales history and trend , average the last few
     months
         and use this figure.

         We'd like to explore a more statistical method.  If you are using a
         package or would suggest one, we'd like to hear about it.   We would
     also
         like as seamless as possible interface to MAPICS XA.
