It is usually because user hits the escape key prior to getting into mapics. Have them sign off and sign back on. Make sure the don't hit the escape key before getting into Mapics.. Should be getting a warning message when AM-0183 MAPICS XA GROUP JOB COULD NOT BE STARTED when the escape key is hit 1st.
