You can activate unit security (in the Admin Division financial data
record), then make up unit structures for each department. Then in the user
record, entitle them to only their unit structure. You would give them
inquiry-only in the applications they are entitled to (in IFM security). You
might have to take some tasks out of the shipped applications and make new
applications with only those inquiry tasks in them.
