RE: MAPICS Support

I say about 95% of the time, I receive a call within an hour or so.
Besides, our technical staff is quite capable of researching issues on their
own as well.

Has anyone else fallen victim to MAPICS support of late?  I had not needed 
to use them for a couple of months now, (thanks to the wonderful members 
of this list!) but submitted a couple of items last week and have not got 
any response back yet!  I checked on the web, and they are still sitting 
out there, are we in deep doodoo here???
