Re: MAPICS -- Link from Intranet to a BOM

There have been tons of examples lately of routines that drill down through
the BOM. You could utilize one of those and build your HTML on the fly.

Hello.

I'm looking for some ideas.  I contacted global support; however, they
indicated this currently cannot be done using MAPICS commands...they are
looking at a future enhancement.

We would like to link from our intranet to the MAPICS product structure.
Ideally, we would like to locate the desired part number in an existing
intranet application and then either pull the product structure
(dynamically) into the intranet application or launch a Browser instance
and
open the product structure.  Either option is better than our current
process.

Any thoughts or guidance on previous ideas or successes is appreciated.
