We are testing Release 7 Powerlink under Windows 2000 Terminals server.
Are there others who have experience with this.
We noticed that Powerlink consumes a lot more memory than Mapics Browser in Release 6.
Powerlink consumes more then 100mb initial when it starts up. (This is per user)
Mapics browser (rel6) uses between 25 and 50mb per user so this is a big difference.
Is there a way to avoid that increase in memory usage or is there a different setup for.

We are using the Affirmative YesStation Mini without any problem running
green screen emulation. With Browser we have it connecting through Remote
Desktop Connection using Terminal Services on Windows 2000 Server. For basic
stuff it works great. There are only two green screens left in the plant and
in a couple weeks there will be only one left.

Recently we've been testing a wireless tablet thin client and so far it is
working great.

I'm at Release 6 with Browser.

Is anyone using thin clients? I would like to get a device to play around
with. any recommendations?

Any problems with a thin client at 6 or 7?
