But not the multiple sessions, we don't allow that!

While in MAPICS, even in the midst of maintenance, some will click on the 
top right X and bail.
Sometimes by accident.

I think Kevin's tip will work nicely!  but am open to other suggestions!

On the Client Access subject... Do you mean that one user has multiple
SESSION(s) A, B, C, etc on one PC?  Or that the session stays active on 
the
iSeries(AS/400) when the user clicks the X on the Client Access window? Or
am I missing it completely.  (Don't know anything about Paperless, but a
little about CA400)
