You bet!

MC2 by Cforia handles it very well, we use it! That kinda stuff is very
automated in MC2, plus great
history mechanism for gross offenders! Has integrated email or fax option
for the letters as well.

Subject
Past due fields in MAPICS AR files

I have been asked to come up with a way to print collection letters using
the MAPICS AR files. Select customers that are past due (30, 60, 120,
older).
We also want to pass the selected data to a program what would print
collection letters.
I would appreciate any suggestions and/or help on finding this information
in MAPICS. Let me know if there are programs already out there that
accomplish this.
Thanks,
William Moore
