Unless I've missed something in a recent OS/400 release, the exact number 
requires programming or a huge amount of time to retrieve.  I believe there are 
third-party packages that can get it.  However, if all you need is an 
approximate gross number for the amount of storage you have tied up in spool 
files, you can get that by signing on with *ALLOBJ authority and doing a DSPLIB 
LIB(QSPL) OUTPUT(*PRINT).  I hope that helps.
