Re: PROGRAMMER ACCESS TO PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

The ID Director and the Security Administrator (which is also our System 
Operator) are the ones who control security.  We do not have any access to 
grant authority or access to any application.  We are 4 programmer 
analysts, 1 system analyst and Supervisor (this is besides the first two 
positions).  We serve more than 1500 people on different locations.
