Loading tax tables in MAPICS DB

Esteemed listers:

I've got a user keying in the tax tables from a paper list.  For all states,
I believe.  There's gotta be an easier way.

Someone else asked about this for Texas not long ago.

Is any of this available to download from somewhere and just restore to the
MAPICS tax table(s)?  I'm not sure whether we're in a spending mood for
something like this right now.

Is it simply a matter of *being able to* copy the tax tables from one MAPICS
system and restoring them to another?

FWIW, we are migrating to XA6 sometime before the end of the year.  Read
that as, we definitely don't want to spend $ on a DB-only solution when it
will only be used for a few more months.

Through the archives, I see that Guide Tech. offers a Vertex package for
MAPICS XA.  Anybody have $ details?
