Dan, Paola is correct. The only gotcha is that these files get cleared when you 
do mthend for OEI... So you would either have to manually save them to a ytd 
file. or modify mapics mth end proc AMBPW2 (I think) and add a cl to save these 
files..

you do, I would use those files for your reporting. If you don't have
them downloaded, you will need Once installed it will write a record
to the right file everytime an invoice is generated. 

The files created by the MTHACT Offering are MTHACTX, MTHACTY and
MTHACTZ. . 
The MTHACTX, Y and Z files are populated during Invoice Processing. 
MTHACTV is part of COM

If you are purchasing the MTHACT Offering for the first time, please

Offering Order Form may be found on the Web under Informational PTF
SH11068.

If you are on MAPICS DB, the MTHACT files are already available and you

Esteemed listers,

(MAPICS DB, mod 4-y2k)

I have been tasked with creating a report that shows a summary of
invoices in a given month. I was given the Invoice Register report
(AMV45) and asked to give the totals for all invoices in a given month.
Specifically, the following amounts:

* INVOICE AMOUNT
* TRADE DISCOUNT
* SPECIAL CHARGE
* FREIGHT CHARGE
* TAX AMOUNT
* NET SALES
* INVOICE COUNT

I looked at the AMV45 source, and upon spotting ARTRNB, I saw
"complexity". So, before I dig in any deeper, I just wanted to know if
there was already something out there that will give me what I need,
either in the form of a data file or another report.
