I have done three installs of R6. I found the documentation CD to be fine for 
the initial install.(See the Cross Application Support guide, chapter 15 on 
install/tailor)  The only places I had trouble were catching up the PCM's, (I 
had one that did not want to cooperate. It has since been fixed) but the 
support line was very helpful there. I hope that helps.
