RE: MBA2CPP Comment XREF to Report

Bonnie,

There is a tool in Mapics (Rel 6) under Option 8 - Cross Apps, Option 4-
Backup/Recover/Reorganize, Option 4 - Reorganize Master Files, Choose Option
4 - All Files. When the list appears roll down to MBA2CPP and put a Y on
that line. Press Enter You will get a screen that gives you the opportunity
to schedule the reorg job when you want. Restrictions: Must have dedicated
system (No locks in sysctl/amflib file (To check do wrkobjlck
sysctl/amflib). Good luck.

Does the  Comment XREF to Report file ever get archived?  Ours is over
16meg.
If there is not archive feature, does anyone know when the records are no
longer needed?
