I thank you all. As I was preparing to leave for a week's vacation this morning, this communication was concerning me, so I posted this quick status reply so that all of you understood this was being looked into, along with stating or reemphasizing the commitment MAPICS has to customer satisfaction. In do so, I was rushing, and tonight notice that I said "deeply commitment" rather then "deeply committed". Therefore, I sincerely appreciate no one "blasting" me for that grammatical error.
