Help with Financial Analysis (Budgeting)

We are trying to set up a budget using Financial Analysis.  We are having a 
hard time.  We have worked with MAPICS support and have not gotten any help.  I 
would like to know if anyone is using F/A for budgeting.  If so, would it be ok 
to call and ask some questions. Example of question: Can we use the current 
years account for budgeting?
