Thanks to all of your postings.

I will study your suggestions and hopefully resolve these type of problems in 
the future.

One additional point:

This problem sometimes comes up when a work station employee shuts down his or 
her workstation PC incorrectly whereby a File Maintenance session isn't closed 
correctly before the PC shutdown.

Will your suggestions identify this workstation?
