Pete the exit program for beginning of an order would allow me to display a
message regarding this customer but they could continue entering the order.

I could use a user field in the customer master and flag it.
But I feel if its not caught at the COM entry 1st screen, something will go
wrong.

Suspended, pop us a screen and allow user to re-activiate, allow for quote
to be entered and then suspend customer at end quote time. Not sure all the
pieces would be avail. Might need an audit pgm to make sure real order was
not entered in the time that the cust. is un-suspended.
