Pieces per hour, apples to oranges?

   Am I right on my understanding of this screen,
       Under PMC, inquiry for production job, operations hours to date.
   If you investigate the PCS/HR STD it is a refle= ction of the quantity
   divided by the
   LABOR RUN STD time, sam= e as what is printed on the router (shop packet).
   But the PCS/HR = ACT is a reflection of quantity divided by MACHINE TIME.

   Doesn't that make for an strange comparison?  Surely we are n= ot alone in
   this
   observation?
