How much DASD do you have? Do you just have one env?

If you do a RTVDSKINF command (submit it, it takes a while) then you can use
the PRTDSKINF command to see which libraries/objects are the biggest.. From
there, you can see which files you may want to purge or clear.

I've found that many customer's MAPICS Env don't take up that much space, but
other objects. IFS, DLS, etc. take up the space.

If you use COM, COM History files can be very large. Also, look at
MOHMST,
MOHDTA, MOHRTG to clear out MO history.

That trims a LOT of space for me.

I would like to create a test environment for MAPICS but unfortunately
we currently are running low on space. I was looking for some
assistance on cleaning up some files and gaining space. I'm currently
looking at PO History and IM History. Any suggestions. Thanks,
