There is an option on the CAS reports menu. (file record layout) If you
just select the Application it will print all the files including work
files that pertain to that app. I have not done this for a very long
time. Use to generate a large report... Cmd 22 will give you selected
files. I use this one all the time.. 
Only problem is when doing the COM logicals. It does not give you the
field names used in the logical.. Gives you the physical file field
name.
But perhaps you could download the spool file to a database file. or
even to excel and work some kind of magic to pull out info you need.
