Remember that MAPICS now includes the SyteLine product so unless they
broke out the services revenue by product line, they're rolled into one

I know they do have consultants that work with the Portal and offer
programming type assistance from my dealings with support. This revenue
would be rolled into services I'm sure.

Services is a very lucrative piece of business, just look at what IBM has
done in this area.
