That's a great question we could use an answer to as well.
We have the driver and our shipper sign twice.

Another way would be to use a digitized signature and
print the paper after the electronic signature was recorded.
i.e. I just purchased a car battery at Wal Mart and I signed on a
 wireless palm pilot and then they printed my paperwork.
Ah! I wish I had the development capacity that those guys do.
