Yes it does accept both and doubles the values booked. I had the double
values also in the past, on value comes with completing a qty, one comes
with th einvoice charging.  We worked around it and are now implementing the
R6 ouside operation extention, so I did not follow up on all fixes, but I
know there are fixes downloadable.  One of these indicates (I believe) you
should have lvl x of a program and then set a byte somewhere in SYSCTL.
