Hi Teresa,

If you're looking for a laser-printer solution for checks you'll want to
consider:
*       Security
*       Versatility
*       Ease-of-use

Security features you should look for include the ability to produce audit
logs and Positive Pay reports to keep track of who printed what checks and
when. You will also want to make sure that the solution you pick lets you
assign very specific authorities to certain users with regards to their
ability to print checks, the amounts they can print, the signatures they can
access, and even the ability to make changes to your check designs.

Our Formtastic solution does all of the above (and more). We're also
partnered with Troy Printers, so we can get you set up with hardware and
software for MICR check printing. Formtastic can also eliminate pre-printed
forms and handles printing bar code labels. To help you get into production
faster, we offer a Mapics FormsPack, which includes pre-designed and
pre-mapped forms specific to Mapics. So, it's all very easy to install and
use.

We have several very happy Mapics customers using Formtastic and I think
you'll be interested in what we can do. Send me an email offlist and I'll
help set up a live demo for you.

All the best,

Michael A. Laiter
