Tom, There is no way to automatically add a nature to FRx row formats when you
add a nature to IFM. There are three things you can do to minimize this problem:

1 - Use super-sized ranges when you define rows in a row format. For example,
suppose you plan to use natures 600 to 649 as a bloc and are currently using
600 to 620. If you specify a range of 600 to 649, FRx will automatically
include nature 621 when you add it and draw the description from IFM.

2 - Use wild cards when you select accounts. For example, if you enter 60? you
get all natures starting with 60.

3 - Use Account Sets. An account set lets you define selection criteria once
and then use it in many row formats. For example, if you define an account set
using the techniques descirbed in 1 and 2, then it will apply to all row
formats that use the account set.

My book, "FRx for Accountants" explains how to use FRx for non-techies. You can
order it from www.tenneypubs.com.
