The EPDM offline load will create the ITMRVA/B/C records if EPDM is turned
"on." When we implemented MAPICS, we were advised to use the ITEMAS offline
load, then turn on EPDM interface, but that was in the early days of Rel 4.
I would guess that you would use the EPDM load, then do a mass release to
PDM for everything.

You will need to do the ITEMBL (warehouse) load separately...
