RE: COM Inventory Transaction Register

I do not see anything in AMBPTR or AMV3G that does anything except print &
delete records.   It does things like Checkpoint/restart and seeing what is
Interfaced but these are things that are not required.  We are at XAR4.
So I feel OK with doing my nightly file clear of INTRWU.

Program AMBPTR prints the transaction register.. It looks like the CLP 
is/may be doing more than just outputting the data.

Chances are it is doing nothing, but I would still look through the CL to 
see if it would hurt to delete the INTRWU records.
