XAR6 PCM 4140 - strictly green screen

Still working on e-mail'ing PO's to vendors.
We will modify our overlay to imbed the signature.
We use Gumbo SNDSPLMAIL to email in house - now working on the
vendor email data.

In the PO master there are 4 fields - Contact, telephone, fax and
email address (70 bytes not touched by green screen purchasing).

These fields appear to be ship-to contact information - some data
comes from the ship-to warehouse master.  When I remove our modified
print program, I don't see these fields printing on the base MAPICS PO.

I want to have the buyers prompt on contact field and return information
from the VENROL file (vendor rolodex).  We will use a custom
exit unless I can get MUI to concatenate fields (First / last name).

Does anyone know any reason why I couldn't use those four fields
(135 bytes) for my own purposes?

Same fields are in POBLKT but we don't use them.
