The situation is that the user wants any changes she makes to an item revision 
record in one site to ripple across all sites for that item revision record.

Does anyone know how to easily interface an add, change, or delete of a
single item revision record into EPDM? I am trying to create a real-time
interface so I don't think offline load will work. 

Has anyone tried this?
