RE: CFINT01 (the interactive governor)

So... Lack of enough free disk space will cause CFINT to run up the CPU
usage? Or are they two separate performance issues?

I missed your disk space issue,  The more disk space you have the more disk
space that is required to be free.  This will always effect performance if
you do not have enough. 90 % is not good, it will kill your users.
