On the work with financial divisions screen / table, we have selected status
2, inactive for the financial division in question.

When I go to the G/L inquiry screen, I can view the first screen, showing
the monthly activity and balance in account. When I select display, I get
the "Financial Divison Not Found" message.

Does not make sense. If financial division appears on the table, should not
get the message I am getting.

On the financial division screen for the inactivated financial division, I
checked the work with users option to make sure I still had authority, and I
did.

I appreciate the response Bob, any other thoughts?

Cole, I also found it hard to believe. So, I "deactivated" and "Please
archived" a financial division and ran the General Ledger Inquiry against
it. It worked!

Is it possible that you physically deleted (F16) the Financial Division? If
you did that you would get an F/D not found message. You can fix the problem
by setting up the financial division record again. Check W/W Financial
Divisions to find out.

If it is some other inquiry that is creating problems, please respond.
