Subject: AS400 File Import Issue

Hello Group,
I've written a query to get item numbers and their base prices and saved the
result to a database file on the AS400. The query works fine and returns what
I'm looking for. However, when I try to import data into a text file from the
database file using "Client Access Data Transfer from AS400", I see some junk in
place of item numbers. The following is a sample screenshot of what I see:

Item_Numbers Base_Price
F1F0F4F5F6F8404040404040404040 9.490
F1F0F4F5F7F6404040404040404040 33.000
F1F0F4F5F7F7404040404040404040 22.670

What am I doing wrong here? Do I have to change any settings in my query? Any
suggestions/comments will be appreciated. Please help me.

Thanks,
Nandu
