Thanks Paola, is searched the COM manual and only found a few
references, nothing really describing its intent.  Appreciate the
feedback.

One way to see how this field is used is to scan the COM User's Guide
for this file name and field description.  I would do this in addition
to looking for advise from the wise users on this board.  Good Luck.
