Go into Customer Maintenance, I believe you select Ship tos to see an option 
called All addresses (don't have access to an environment right now so you may 
need to hunt for it).  Under All Addresses you can set up additional addresses 
you need that can be pulled to print on your custom documents.  You may have to 
add an address type to identify this new address in the address type code file 
- e.g. 5=Bill to address.  These addresses are visible in various places in 
inquiry, entering COM orders, etc.  They were added so customers could 
associate additional addresses with the standard Customer and Ship to and put 
them on their own forms - packing lists, invoices, acknowledgements.

One other thing - these additional addresses do not print on standard MAPICS 
forms or reports, nor are they used in the old AR files.  Hope this is helpful
