Look in the AMTLIB files for I believe a file called INTRNC (or something like
this) which is the batch control file.  You will need to increment the number
and put a default in the user id field - we used three ***.  That way we always
knew which batch was created by our custom program.  Double check the file name
as I don't have access to an AS/400 right now and I'm a little fuzzy on this
file as it has been a few years since we used it.
