The key to automating the process is to trap the
procedure that initiates it and recover the LDA
that was active at that time. The LDA is either in
QTEMP ZZLDA for interactive or in the jobact or
applog for submitted procedures. Then in your
cl either restore or create the same LDA and
run the same CL that MAPICS did. You should end
up with the same submit that MAPICS did.

We don't have MPSP so I am not sure if there is
any database related setup required. Most of the
parameters to batch jobs in the old architecture
(non COM, IFM or Client) is set up in the LDA.
