new look on e-Info "search for solutions"

To all:

I'm curious what everyone's reaction is to the "new look" and new
functionality of the eInfo web site for "No Wait Response Search: FAQs,
Tips, PTFs." In order to give everyone a chance for an unbiased opinion,
please DO NOT respond until tomorrow (Friday, Aug 23) - I promise to respond
tomorrow first thing.
