Sounds like rel. 6 is the way to go.  Meanwhile, we'll report how many hours
the machine IS USED - and compare it to the WKCTR targets.

In rel 6 Employee Master now has a type 'M' for machine.  Make the machine a
badge and open an MO to record down time...
