Re: Email, Fax and PDF of MAPICS Reports.

You have to set up an outque/dtaq for each "application"... i.e. pos have an
outque, invoices have an outque.  In CAS, override the print file to that
outq you created with the link.  The app has a link to an
outque/dataq...Jean Harler is the person we worked with mostly and is great
support...Also the written ring-binder manual is not-so-good, but there are
PDF manuals on the web site that are great... call or email for your
password to get to the manuals.  The person who initially was trained as the
"administrator" is no longer with the company, but we (AS400/MAPICS support)
even changed the signatures for each PO to go with the buyer number that
prints on the spool file.
