We do invoices, acknowledgements, quotes, po's, anything a user
wants/needs. We use Gumbo's spoolmail to do emailing & KeyesFax to do
faxing. Gumbo is very inexpensive, hope they are not reading this :-)
KeyesFax works good. Quandrant also makes a product that hooks into
MAPICS, but we have no experience with it.

Has anyone on the list sucsessfuly integrated emailing or faxing PO's,
Invoices and other Mapics reports?

We are currently looking at Optio Software they have a Win2K server app
that
will act like a TCPip printer on the 400 and process spool files with
overlays and they can print, fax, email or save as a PDF. Are any of you
using a Mapics Module to accomplish this?
