Konrad,

first, regarding CPW:  CPW in SH14412 is total system CPW. release 7 JAVA
architecture does not impact any interactive CPW you have.

second, users are counted as individual desktops.  one user at one desktop
signed onto 2 environments constitues 1 user.

both statements here have been verified with the performance experts in the
atlanta lab.
