Hello.  Our corporate parents dictate that we start using ADP right now.  At
the end of December, they anticipate our employees will get a W2 from us for
January to now and a W2 from ADP for now till end of december.  My reaction
is to perform year end for payroll now and use the GOVREP file from today
for W2's next January.  We will still use our PR for everything but paying.
Does anyone see a problem with my solution?  Thanks.
