Whenever I have experienced this, it has been because of the Date entered into
the Price book line item is wrong...

Good Morning Lucas,

Is your "intercompany" COMPANY NUMBER the same as the COMPANY NUMBER you
used to create
your page 1 pricing structure. I am making a few assumptions here (R6 ???
IFM installed ???). See below
the key fields as the relate to page 1 pricing for R6. You might start with
verifying order processing panel
040 for price book id, customer price code and currency id. Don't forget
your effectivity dates at both the
book and the item levels.

Page 1 pricing key fields:

K Price book ID CRGPCD
K Date effective CRFVNB
K Company number CRAENB
K Currency ID CRBRCD
K Item number CRAITX
K Customer price code CRF5CD
K Page 1 effective date CRAZDT

Hope this helps, good luck.

Hi out there in MAPICS space,

We have two price books on our system. FILCV, which is empty and used for
our "normal" customers, and P2001 which only has page 2P records with two
different price code's, discount/markup type 1.

For intercompany sales, I added a new price book FS001(d/m type 3), with a
page 1 record. While creating the customer order, I changed the price book
ID and the price code to the new values, but the system doesn't use the new
page 1 record.

Any help appreciated.

Best Regards,
                 Lucas
