We run REFRESH ALL unattended, once a day and it does not take more than 10
minutes. Which CUM bundle level you are?

Yes, I know about that one. But I think it should be automated - the user
shouldn't have to look up the order# range used and manually run the job,
keying in the range. This is especially awkward at our facility where my
material planners run order release in I/M at various times during the
day, scattered throughout the building (10 acres). Then when you throw in
order release in MRP in the evening, running in unattended mode....

On option 4 of the supervisor menu there is a way to refresh the mfg
orders by range. We use it everyday.
